Can you see the Shout Box?

I am wondering if everyone (or anyone) can see the Shout Box at the top of the page. I see a shout from MarkyB, but Post Hole says he can't see it. I am trying to figure out if there is something wrong, so please post up and let me know if you see it or not.

It should appear at the top, just under the header. Maybe your firewall settings do not allow? I will check into it.

I shut dow my firewall, tried again, but nothing.
I use XP, but I don't know it's important.
